I'm fairly new to card making and this was my own idea, but this picture more or less made itself!

How to Make this Card
----------------------

Made with an image from a CD bought from Ebay.

The digital image was matted and layered,edged with peel-offs, and a feather added to the hat.

The peel-offs on the right are on the inside of the card, the front being cut slightly smaller.

Gems and bow on the sentiment, and a bit of glitter on the main image.
