Hi Yvonne - parchment craft does seem hard, but you can be as simple or as fancy as you like - if you want to just try simple embossing, then stick with that until you feel you want to tackle perforating the fancy patterns and cutting work. Pergamano do a handy starter pack (it's how I got into parchment)... Go to the 'Discount Supplies' page on the left of this screen, click the eBay link for your country and then search for 'Pergamano Starter Kit' - it's a blue box.
