K for Katie

The Cardstock is from a book of printed cardstock made by DCWV titled "The All Dressed Up Stack". They are 12 X 12. I cut one in half and used one half as the base for my card.

Using a Round word stamp from SEE D's "Round about Phrases No: 50413. I chose "follow your dreams...wherever they take you..."

I stamped the image onto black cardstock using Versa Magic Cloud White and White embossing powder.

I then mounted a White and Red Flower onto the Circle and sewed them togeter with a Black button.

The K is from CLOUD 9's Downtown Collection of Chipboard Alphabet Letters - Alpha in Berry. I used the piece that was left after pushing the letter out, then mounted it onto an offcut of black paper.

I then used the butterfly stamp from Rhonna Farrer's NATURE. I stamped the image twice onto white cardstock with Brilliance Graphite Black and Brilliance Pearlescent Crimson then embossed with clear embossing powder. I carefully cut just the out line of the Butterflies and mounted them onto the Chipboard K.

The Bird is also from the NATURE set and was stamped with Brilliance Graphite Black and Clear embossing powder and again cut out and mounted onto the cardstock.
