Freebie Inspired Decoupage
Used the freebie blue background and the boy milking freebie picture (link opens in new window).
Using Paint Shop Pro I coloured in the boy and background and used the warmer button on Picasa to change the outlines from black to browns.
Then printed out several copies on HP semi-glossy photo paper 170gsm and used a decoupage technique to layer the picture, using a matt silver background to set it off (actually recycled packing from our Christmas Cracker box).
Finally used silver birthday and brother peels offs and a couple of peel off balloons and string to finish.
