How to Make the Card


The flowers are dry embossed onto white paper using a stencil, with colour being added by using ink pads and dabbers.

Silver peel off stickers are used to 'edge' the different matted layers, as a border around the whole card and for the 'Just to Say' wording.

I wrote my note onto fancy paper, trimmed the edges with the decorative scissors and mounted this inside the card.

This is a lovely card - and the picture doesn't do it justice (I think the silver outline stickers have reflected too much when scanned).

I liked the idea of writing your note on contrasting paper and attaching it to the inside.

Lovely card Mel. The card is soft, simple... yet effective. Unfortunately the copy hasn't really done it justice to see the gorgeous stickers around the edge. I love stickers & my decorative scissors.
