What's more, with the plain silver or gold card/toppers, you can colour them yourself! You can use felt tip pens or even paint - I used my acrylic paint from Pergamano and it worked wonderfully! The shine still comes through the layer of ink.

Using Dufex Craft Supplies
Dufex Crafts offer this advice for using their products:
Adhesive - use water-based PVA glue, double sided tape or foam pads. Do NOT use hot or solvent based adhesives
Storage - store in a cool, dry place and away from light
Handling - to avoid marking, take extra care as the images can be easily scraped or torn.
A Very Crafty Process...
These Dufex craft products are referred to as 'foils' bu they are not actually just foil, or holographic papers; they are produced using an unusual printing process and the specialist skills of real - human - engravers! It's hard to appreciate that so much work goes into producing supplies for making greeting cards, but this is how Dufex craft supplies get their unmistakable 'look and feel':
- Designs are hand engraved and embossed onto foil sheets
- For the picture prints and stickers, the images are printed onto the metallic foil with transparent ink
