Buttercup Faerie Birthday Card

Buttercup Faerie Birthday Card

My youngest granddaughter has a book of faeries which she adores. I picked one of her favourites and photocopied it.

I then printed it out on photographic paper (three times). Using a lovely handmade paper as a backing paper and after cutting the faeries out, I staggered them down the card.

Using Anita's peel-offs (outline stickers) I then decorated the rest of the card.

Karlie was thrilled with her birthday card. I have to own that I was inspired to try this out after seeing a card made using the waterfall method.

I love what you have done with this card. Staggering the faeries makes it so effective!

Hello again Jaki - I love this card too - I can see you're into 'using what you find'...You were inspired by a resource that your granddaughter loves and used it to create a lovely card just for her, excellent. Love those swirly bits, are they peel offs too? Keep them coming Jaki.
